1- A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his clothes and went directly to the surgery block. He found the boy’s father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor.
2- On seeing him, the father yelled, “Why did you take all this time to come? Don’t you know that my son’s life is in danger? Don’t you have any sense of responsibility?”
3- The doctor smiled and said, “I am sorry, I wasn’t in the hospital and I came as fast as I could after receiving the call and now, I wish you’d calm down so that I can do my work”.
4- “Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would you calm down? If your own son dies while waiting for doctor than what will you do??” said the father angrily. The doctor smiled again and replied, “We will do our best by God’s grace and you should also pray for your son’s healthy life”.
“Giving advises when we’re not concerned is so easy” Murmured the father.
5- The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy, “Thank goodness! your son is saved!” And without waiting for the father’s reply he carried on his way running by saying, “If you have any questions, ask the nurse”.
6- “Why is he so arrogant? He couldn’t wait some minutes so that I ask about my son’s state” Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left. The nurse answered, tears coming down her face, “His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was at the burial when we called him for your son’s surgery. And now that he saved your son’s life, he left running to finish his son’s burial.”
Moral: Never judge anyone because you never know how their life is and what they’re going through.

2- En le voyant, le père cria : “Pourquoi avez-vous mis tout ce temps pour venir ? Ne savez-vous pas que la vie de mon fils est en danger ? N’avez-vous pas le sens des responsabilités ?”
3- Le médecin sourit et dit : “Je suis désolé, je n’étais pas à l’hôpital et je suis venu aussi vite que possible après avoir reçu l’appel. Maintenant, j’aimerais que vous vous calmiez pour que je puisse faire mon travail.”
4- “Calmer?! Et si votre fils était dans cette salle en ce moment, vous calmeriez-vous ? Si votre propre fils meurt en attendant le médecin, que feriez-vous ?” dit le père en colère. Le médecin sourit à nouveau et répondit : “Nous ferons de notre mieux par la grâce de Dieu et vous devriez aussi prier pour la santé de votre fils.” “Donner des conseils quand nous ne sommes pas concernés est si facile,” murmura le père.
5- L’opération dura quelques heures après lesquelles le médecin sortit heureux, “Dieu merci ! votre fils est sauvé !” Et sans attendre la réponse du père, il s’éloigna en courant en disant, “Si vous avez des questions, demandez à l’infirmière.”
6- “Pourquoi est-il si arrogant ? Il n’a pas pu attendre quelques minutes pour que je puisse demander l’état de mon fils” commenta le père en voyant l’infirmière quelques minutes après le départ du médecin. L’infirmière répondit, les larmes aux yeux, “Son fils est mort hier dans un accident de la route, il était à l’enterrement quand nous l’avons appelé pour l’opération de votre fils. Et maintenant qu’il a sauvé la vie de votre fils, il est parti en courant pour terminer l’enterrement de son fils.”
Morale : Ne jugez jamais personne car vous ne savez jamais comment est leur vie et ce qu’ils traversent.
